What the Pest Check actually does
Identifies
Signs overlap far more than people expect. The tool weighs what you’ve described against the patterns we see day to day and names the most likely culprit.
Scores the urgency
Species, how long it’s been going on, how much activity there is and who’s in the building all feed a severity score from routine through to urgent.
Prices it honestly
A realistic range based on the treatment your situation actually needs — not a headline figure that doubles when someone turns up.
