What it costs, honestly
Guide prices, not sales prices. Every quote is confirmed before any work starts, and if we think you can sort it yourself we’ll tell you that instead.
A single visit for one nest, treated with professional insecticidal dust. Additional nests at the same property are charged at a reduced rate. Loft, cavity and awkward high-level nests may need access equipment, which we’ll price before we come.
Rodent work is priced as a course, not a call-out: an initial survey and treatment plus two or three follow-up visits, entry-point proofing and a written report. Typically £85–£150 for a domestic property depending on size and how established the infestation is.
Quoted after a roof-level survey, because it depends entirely on the structure, the access and the run length involved. Solar panel mesh systems typically start around £395 for a standard domestic array including clearance, wash-down and installation.
Mole trapping is usually charged per mole caught plus an initial visit fee, from around £90. Rabbit control on land is quoted per site after a survey, as the right approach varies enormously between a domestic garden and a forty-acre holding.
Scheduled monitoring is quoted annually based on the site, the risk profile and visit frequency — usually four, six or twelve visits a year. Includes bait station mapping, full documentation for audits and priority call-out between scheduled visits.
